Pepperoni and Peppers Cheese Ball Dip

The perfect cheese ball filled with crunchy peppers, onions and topped with delicious pepperoni!

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Cream Cheese (2 bars)
  • 16 oz Colby and Monterey Jack Shredded Cheese
  • 1 Yellow Onion
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 1 Orange Bell Pepper
  • 4 oz Pimentos (1 jar)
  • 1 tbsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Worcester Sauce
  • 1 pkg pepperonis
  • 3 green onions
  • 1 box Crackers

Instructions

  1. Combine in a large bowl the 2 bars of cream cheese and the shredded cheese. Mix them well. 

  2. Wash and dice up the green, red, yellow and orange bell peppers. Add to the cheese mixture. 

  3. Dice up the yellow onion and add to the peppers and cheese mixture.

  4. Drain the pimentos and add to the cheese ball. Mixing well.

  5. Add the cayenne pepper, worcester sauce, and lemon juice. These are ingredients that you can "add to taste" so feel free to spice up your cheese ball! 

  6. Mix everything well and chill to set. 

  7. If you are serving as a dip, then simply cover and chill. If you are wishing to serve as a an actual cheese ball, then mold your mixture into the correct shape and chill.

  8. Prior to serving, dice up the pepperoni and green peppers and top the cheese ball liberally with them. 

  9. Serve with crackers and enjoy!
