Ingredients

Cinnamon Sugar Tortilla Crisp Hearts

  • 1 pkg flour tortillas
  • 1 can cooking spray
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon

Fruit Salsa

  • 2 lbs strawberries (fresh)
  • 2 cans peaches
  • 3 tbsp strawberry preserves
  • 2 tbsp white sugar
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions

Cinnamon Sugar Tortilla Crisps

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Using a surface that can handle being cut on, place your flour tortilla flat onto the surface

  3. Use any size Heart Cookie Cutter (metal cookie cutters work best) to cut out the heart shapes

  4. Combine in a bowl the cinnamon and sugar. About one cup of sugar to 1 tbsp of cinnamon, but you can make the mixture with as much cinnamon as you prefer.

  5. Spray both sides of the heart tortilla crisp with Pam Spray and dip it into the cinnamon & sugar mixture. Coat it well.

  6. Place coated heart tortillas onto a cookie sheet and place into the pre-heated oven for about 10 minutes. Check the tortillas after about 8 minutes due to oven variations.

Fruit Salsa

  1. Clean your fresh strawberries and cut them up into bite size pieces.
  2. Cut up the 2 cans of peaches (discard the juice) into bit size pieces as well and mix in with the strawberries.
  3. Add to the strawberries and peaches mix the preserves, white sugar and brown sugar, mixing it well.
