Halloween Books are perfect for easing Kids’ Halloween Fears

The air is turning cooler, the leaves are starting to fall, and that means Halloween is soon to be here!

You’ve planned out the costumes, the school party games, and the snacks, and now it’s time to enjoy the crisp Fall evenings with a good book.

Or maybe you have a little one who is anxious about Halloween?

One of my boys despised going to the store during October because of the Halloween decorations.

If we couldn’t even make it through a well-lit store, I knew trick-or-treating was going to be super rough.

Let’s be honest, Halloween can be scary.

So to help him with these fears, we read numerous Halloween books.

We focused on the fun aspect of wearing costumes, and how decorations weren’t real, and we kept reading Halloween books to help make him aware of what Halloween night would be like.

Here are several not-so-spooky Halloween Books for Kids.
